XSpec is a New Zealand based ECU calibration and performance hardware business - focusing primarily on the development of the Evo X & Ralliart platform - from ECU patches, road tunes, and custom supporting hardware. Everything we sell is engineered in New Zealand and developed on real bench and road validation, so when you email us you're talking to the person who actually built the file or the part.
The best way to reach us is by email at contact@xspec.nz. We aim to respond within 1 business day (NZT). To get a useful answer first time, tell us your car's year and model, your ROM ID if you know it (EcuFlash shows it when your ROM is open), and a list of your current supporting modifications — turbo, injectors, fuel, intake and exhaust. The more detail you give us up front, the faster and more accurately we can help.
Already placed an order and need help with a download, a receipt, or a delivery question? The fastest route is to reply directly to your order confirmation email — that keeps your order details and receipt attached to the same thread, so we can find your purchase and sort it without back-and-forth.
Not sure a product fits your car, or after something custom we don't list? Ask before you buy. Send us your year and model, ROM ID, and current mods, and we'll confirm fitment or quote the work before you spend a cent. We'd rather point you to the right solution than sell you the wrong one.
