Minimum Injector Pulse Width Modifier Patch

This patch changes the code path in the ecu to allow for finer-tuning of the minimum injector pulse width floor when tuning large fuel injectors. The factory code has large steps due to internal ecu rounding, which inhibits tuners from accurately dialling in low pulse width behaviour.
