Evo X / RA - Rolling Antilag Patch

A custom-developed ECU patch that brings true rolling antilag to the stock Evo X and Ralliart ECU — no piggyback, no external controller, and no reliance on other patches. At the press of a button it triggers ignition retard and spark cut, creating combustion in the exhaust manifold and turbine to spool the turbo and build boost instantly, without raising vehicle speed or RPM. In testing we've spooled 68mm turbochargers to 25+ psi at 4,000 rpm. What is the Rolling AntiLag Patch?

The Rolling AntiLag patch enables Ignition Retard and Spark cut at the press of a button, instantly building boost without increasing speed or RPM. This works by creating combustion within the exhaust manifold and turbine, instantly spooling the turbo and building boost. We have seen impressive results through testing, spooling 68mm turbochargers to 25+psi at 4000rpm. This patch enables real, true antilag. No reliance on other patches or external controllers.

How to activate Rolling Antilag:

By default, the Rolling AntiLag Patch is mapped to the Cruise Control buttons on your steering wheel. If you don't have cruise control XSpec offers a standalone harness which plugs into the Rear O2 sensor plug under the driver seat. Details can be found here: Evo X / RA - Rear O2 Trigger Module .

How it works:

Complete the configuration below and attach the ROM file you wish to be patched with Rolling Antilag. We will decompile your ROM, apply the patch, and validate the patch to ensure there is no risk of damage to your ECU. Once patched, you will receive an email including your patched ROM file and XML tuning-knobs which can be used to fine-tune your antilag setup.

Safety Warning

Rolling AntiLag is a powerful patch which can cause your engine to produce massive amounts of boost at low RPM. On stock/small frame turbos, this can lead to a large torque spike, damaging internal engine components. Rolling Antilag is recommended for large turbo cars who are looking to improve their powerband. Excessive or prolonged usage of Rolling Antilag may result in catastrophic engine damage.
