Stock Tune Files

Untouched factory ROM reads. Flash back to stock, compare against your tune, or use as a known-good baseline.

Why a factory read matters

A clean, untouched factory ROM read is the most important file to have before you modify anything. It is your recovery point if a flash goes wrong, your baseline for comparing a tune, and the source a patch is applied over. Keep one saved for every car you work on.

What is here

Genuine factory ROM reads for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and Ralliart range — stock calibrations exactly as they left the factory, with no modifications, patches or tuning changes. Use them to flash back to stock for a service or WOF, to diff against your current tune and see precisely what changed, or as a known-good starting point for a fresh build.

How to use them

Match the ROM ID to your ECU, load the .bin in EcuFlash with the correct definition, and flash. Always confirm the ROM ID matches your ECU before writing — flashing the wrong firmware can render an ECU unrecoverable. Pair each stock read with the matching definition from the ROM Definitions section so every table is named and scaled correctly.

Recovery and comparison

If a modified ROM ever misbehaves, a factory read gets you back to a safe, driveable baseline in minutes. And because tuning is iterative, having the untouched original lets you measure the effect of every change against a fixed reference. All files are provided as-is for off-road and motorsport use — read the liability notice first.
